1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • Your item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Opened or used perfumes and fragrances (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and item details.

  2. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection.

  3. If approved, we’ll share return shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • The item is returned after 30 days from delivery.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your product for the same item, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items valued over $75.
